Fabulous, ridiculous, beautiful, captivating – it’s hard to describe this city without a cluster of adjectives. Our second destination in Europe was Venice, Italy. We were both really excited for this city because of the architecture and the landscape that are so different from other cities in Italy, even in Europe.
The Grand Canal is one of the main attractions in Venice, and the ancient Rialto Bridge gives passers-by a breathtaking view of the river. We both fell in love with this city in general - Venice has it's own unique landscape, infiltrated by water and featuring a range of architectural styles. We had a nice dinner in Italian restaurant (of course!) and the service was excellent!
